According to sources, the final version of Flash Player 10.1 will be released for Adobe’s partners including Research in Motion, Palm, Symbian and Microsoft.
Anup Muraka, director of technology strategy at Adobe, said, users with Android 2.2 Froyo update running on it would be the first ones to get Flash Player 10.1. Adobe will also release the latest version of Flash Player later for several other platform including Symbian, webOS, BlackBerry, Meego, LiMo and Windows Phone 7.
A company statement said its new Flash Player would be supported by major companies like Dell, Samsung, Google, RIM, HTC, Nvidia, Qualcomm, Intel, Texas Instruments, Turner, Viacom and HBO.
